Sprite x Hip-Hop 50th Celebration

Hip-hop has influenced culture and become a staple in mainstream media. But before it was widely accepted, it was looked down on as just noise. 50 years later, Sprite celebrated the milestone with an ode to the genre and a limited edition flavor the for the fans. Enter Sprite Lymonade Legacy. We collabed hip-hop legends Nas and Rakim, and up and coming icons, Latto and Glorilla to give the fans a summer of exclusive drops and content.

On social, we connected with the artists to highlight the new flavor and celebrate the iconic legacy of hip-hop 50 years in the making.

Continuing the celebration, Sprite showed up at one of Atlanta’s largest cultural events in music hosting a pop up experience for fans who attended the festival. On the Sprite Stage, some of the most legendary names in hip-hop hit the stage. From T-Pain to Big Daddy Kane, they put on show during the two day music event to celebrate the milestone.

Keeping things local, we joined forces with influencers Teferi Taylor (@TaylorMadeGQ) and Anisa Brenee (@AnisaBrenee) to talk with attendees about everything from their fits to their favorite moments with our “spark talk” content series.
